yes they have removed it from wi-max….but they havent removed it from their cable internet……you have to go to 10.16.128.199 to enter your login and password……..same issue as it was in wi-max previously……the internet logs out unexpectedly and ruins my online work

BTW wateen had removed the login thing a few months ago from the wimax connections

hi tazzix great app….im just wondering if it can work with wateen broadband like it does on wi-max…..im using wateen cable broadband and have the same login logout issue…..it will be greatly appreciated if u can come up with an app for cable broadband

Mustafa, thanks a lot dude, they changed the thing, my router has wget on it so I am going to use –post-data with it to work and -O /dev/null to avoid writing to disk.

for linux/ubuntu users: add this command you to somewhere in your startup. /etc/rc.local or gnome or kde’s startup.

Sure Zohaib,

You can even put a link here if you want to, there is nothing stopping anyone from doing anything similar or better. I use a lot of Wifi devices and even this software was not fulfilling my needs so I am using dd-wrt on a router which is basically linux and configured it to keep me logged in or use the button on the device for login / logout it is pretty cool.

I just saw your application today when i finished mine one for public
I also coded simple auto-logger in c# when i posted it on wired Pakistan someone told me that he is using this application from last two months, well i dont meant to hijack your blog, just telling tht i also made this.
