It is also one of the biggest cities in Asia. However big and developed do not always go together. Here you can see one of the slums of Karachi. This one in particular is a small slum right beside apartment complexes and hence a view from the 7th floor (mind the bars in the window). BTW this is in no comparison with Asia’s largest slum just 30 Kilo Meters from this point.

UPDATE: this thing was destroyed in spring of 2006.
